Below, we indicate all the hygienic-sanitary measures for your reservations and your flights we have prepared with the maximum security and confidence.
RELEVANT INFORMATION TO ALL OUR PASSENGERS: This health control procedure is mandatory for all passengers arriving in Spain from a third country, in accordance with the provisions of the Resolution of June 4th, 2021, of the General Directorate of Public Health, in respect to the health controls to be carried out at Spain entry points (Official State Gazette - BOE June 5th, 2021). Please read the following information carefully:
Restrictions to fly to Spain from a third country from June 7th, 2021:
1. Health control form
All passengers arriving in Spain by air or by sea, including those in transit to other countries, must complete a health control form before departure through one of the following:
Once this form has been completed, the passenger shall receive an individualized QR code that must be provided to WAMOS AIR before boarding, in the same way as the other health controls.
Wamos Air shall deny boarding to any passenger from a third country without the mandatory QR code.
2. Health Controls
All passengers arriving in Spain as their final destination must be subject to a health check upon arrival that shall include, at least, a temperature control and a visual check on the passenger's general condition. The temperature detection limit is set at 37.5ºC.
Passengers coming from countries or areas considered to be of risk (so declared considering their epidemiological situation), shall also be required to provide any of the following:
The list of countries or areas considered to be of risk, as well as the inclusion criteria in this list, is published on the website of the Ministry of Health: https://www.mscbs.gob.es/ and on the SpTH website: https://www.spth.gob.es. Please visit those web pages and check if you come to Spain from a country or area of health risk and if you meet the legal requirements.
Vaccination, Diagnostic or Recovery Certificates must be written in Spanish, English, French or German. If you cannot obtain them in these languages, you must provide a translation made by an official agency.
Wamos Air shall deny boarding to any passenger identified in the health control form as coming from a country at risk without the mandatory control documentation.
3. Vaccination, Diagnostic and Recovery Certificates
A) Vaccination Certificate:
The Vaccination Certificates issued by the competent authorities shall be valid from 14 days after the date of the last dose of the immunization schedule. Those vaccines authorized by the European Medicines Agency or those that have completed the emergency use process will be admitted and must include at least the following:

Those with a negative result issued in the forty-eight hours prior to arrival in Spain shall be admitted:

C) Recovery Certificate
Those issued by the competent authority or by a medical service shall be accepted at least 11 days after the completion of the first NAAT Test with a positive result. The validity of the certificate shall end 180 days from the date the sample collection. The Recovery Certificate must include, at least, the following:
The crew of international means of transport required to carry out the transport are excluded from these obligations. Likewise, passengers under the age of six years are not required to comply with the completion of the Vaccination, Diagnosis or Recovery Certificates, without prejudice to the fact that they must also be in possession of the QR code.
4. Recommendations to passengers with destination / origin Dominican Republic and Mexico
A) Dominican Republic
Remember that for entries and exits in the Dominican Republic you must complete the electronic ticket through the website https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/
From July 15, 2021, it will be required also to enter the Dominican Republic for all passenger coming from Spain (or those from other countries who has visited Spain in the last 14 days) one of the following:
These measures apply to all passengers over 7 years of age.
The Dominican Republic is a country of sanitary risk at the date of elaboration of this process, for which the previously identified certificates shall be required.
Mexico is a country of sanitary risk at the date of elaboration of this process, for which the previously identified certificates shall be required.
A quarantine of 10 days shall be mandatory for all passengers arriving in Spain from: Botswana, Brazil, Colombia, Ghana, India, Kenya, Comoros Islands, Mozambique, Peru, Tanzania, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

The entire health control process carried out by WAMOS AIR shall be carried out in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
Due to the current situation in which we find ourselves in reference to Covid-19, we have taken a series of measures and protocols, following the parameters indicated by the State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) and by the World Health Organization (WHO), designed to provide adequate safety and hygiene conditions for both our passengers and our on-board staff, and this way guarantee maximum safety on all Wamos Air flights.
Our crews have been duly trained in the new hygiene protocols recommended by the State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) and by the World Health Organization (WHO). Our pilots and cabin crew use approved protective masks and disposable gloves throughout the flight, in addition to having hydroalcoholic gel for their personal use.
We have increased the frequency of renewal of the soap in the toilets of each plane. Strict security protocols have also been established for waste management after each flight. To ensure that all measures are met, our crews will always keep you informed of current regulations through the public address system.
In order to minimize contact points, we have temporarily reduced the on-board food and beverage service to a minimum depending on the duration of the flight. In addition, we have removed all the documentation on the seats that is not part of the security protocols.
Cleaning of the interior of our aircraft has been reinforced, both in frequency and in the use of products specified by the security agency, AESA. Aircraft are thoroughly cleaned every day, with special treatment on surfaces such as armrests, folding tables, luggage racks, toilets and crew spaces. The cabins are also disinfected daily with the spraying of the viricidal disinfectant approved by AESA.
The atmosphere generated in an airplane is one of the safest, almost comparable to an operating room. Our filters renew the air every 3 minutes, purifying it and mixing it with fresh air from outside. To ensure a high level of protection, our aircraft have HEPA filters, also used in hospitals, with a capacity to eliminate bacteria and particles such as the COVID-19 virus with an efficiency of 99.99%.
Follow these series of basic hygiene tips during all phases of your trip, from leaving home to arrival at your destination accommodation. We also recommend that you practice them in other activities of your life.
Wear proper masks, make sure to use and dispose of properly. Replace the masks every 4 hours or at the intervals set by the manufacturer.
Keep a safe distance whenever possible.
Wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds with soap and water. Use hydroalcoholic solutions when hand washing is not possible.
Protect yourself adequately against coughing or sneezing. Cover your mouth and nose with a handkerchief or a bent elbow.
Do not touch any surface unnecessarily and limit direct contact with other people.
If before traveling you have symptoms related to fever, cough, breathing difficulties or you notice loss of taste or smell, do not go to the airport, as you may be rejected at boarding time and you will not continue with your trip.
In addition, you will need to complete the health declaration prior to check-in to ensure that you meet all the requirements for travel. It is also mandatory to use masks during the trip and to carry the necessary ones to change them every 4 hours as recommended by safety and hygiene measures.
Do not go to the airport if you have symptoms: fever, cough, breathing difficulties or loss of taste or smell. You can be refused to continue your journey.

And as in outdoor areas, you must wear a mask and maintain a safe distance. Finally, if you do not pass the thermal evaluation you will not be able to board.
