In this Section you can find details on our reservation services, whether to book tickets, reserve your seats or reserve Business service in Tourist Class (“Fly in Style”).

Remember that all our reservation services have simple procedures for on-line requests, by phone or e-mail, to make your purchase and follow up enquiries easier.

1. TICKETS

Buying with Wamos Air is as easy as using this website. We also offer maximum security in e-commerce. You just need to take the following steps:

  • Select a flight, read and accept the Conditions of Transport.
  • Enter the passenger information and the contact information for the person paying (the person paying does not need to be one of the passengers).
  • Make payment using a credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, Diners or JCB) in a secure environment.
  • After payment is made, you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase, which will serve as your e-ticket.

If you do not have internet access, you can call our Customer Service on 902 300 747 if you are calling from Spain or on +34 91 5563213 if you are calling from abroad and we will make the purchase for you.

Otherwise, you can buy your ticket at your nearest agency, as well as at the airports where we have sales offices (Cancún and Punta Cana). 

APIS (Advance Passenger Information)

What is APIS?

APIS is an automated system for collecting data on air passengers traveling from abroad. It aims to improve the safety of international air transport.

If your destination is Cancun, your flight will fly over U.S. airspace where de law requires the following information:

1. Name (at it appears on Passport)

2. Passport Number

3. Passport Country

4. Expiry date of Passport

5. Sex

6. Date of Birth

7. Nationality

8. Country of Residence

9. Alien Registration Number (if applicable)

10. Redress Number (if applicable)

Please note that this information is mandatory and will be sent to the American authorities.

Passengers who will be embarking on a cruise ship, must also provide the name of the ship and the city/state of departure.

How is the data collected?

In order tu save time in the airport on the day of your trip, Wamos Air is pleased to provide a Call Center for your convenience. Call 902 300 747 and provide the requested required information.

Requirements

Wamos Air as mandated by TSA (USA Transportation Security Administration) requires all its passengers to have APIS data at least 15 days prior to scheduled departure.

If on by side date there are no APIS records provided in its ticket reservation systems, Wamos Air will cancel the related bookings with a full reimbursement.

2. CHOOSE YOUR SEAT

Wamos Air offers you the chance to reserve your seat on-line with a surcharge by accessing our website www.wamosair.com and clicking on the “Choose your Seat” icon "Elige tu Asiento"

Using this service allows you to reserve your preferred seat*, including the option of reserving seats in the first row or at the emergency exits for greater comfort and space (subject to programme conditions).

You can also reserve by phone using our Customer Service, serving you from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m to 6 p.m. on 902 300 747 if you are calling from Spain or +34 915563213 if you are calling from abroad.

Remember In order to process option or to make any exchange or refund must do 72 hours before departure.

(*) If your destination is one of our cruises, please only enter the outward flight number, as you are reserving the same seat on your return flight at the same time.

You can “Fly in Style” simply by clicking on the “Extras” item and reserving this service on-line for just €50 per journey. This special service is only available for transoceanic flights once you have reserved your seat.

(*)Only applicable to transoceanic flights (Punta Cana / Cancún). The Fly in Style service is not available on European flights.

4. EMERGENCY CONTACTS

According to RD 632/2013, August 2, assistance to victims of civil aviation accidents and their relatives Wamos Air offers the possibility to designate a person to get in touch in case of crash .

To do this just contact our customer service department by phone 902 300 747 or via email: wamosair@summerwind.es

Considerations to take into account:

* The contact person should NOT travel with the passenger (the goal is to contact someone who is not affected by the accident / incident)

* Fulfilling the point above the previous person preferably should be familiar to the nearest degree (1st grade):

1st grade: parents, in-laws, children, son / daughter.

2nd grade: grandparents, siblings, in-laws, grandchildren.

3rd grade: grandparents, uncles, nephews, great-grandchildren.

4th grade: cousins, etc.

However it allows for other persons who are not relatives.

The ideal person must have high availability and fast, for which the ideal is to leave more than one contact in order of preference:

  • phone numbers
  • fixed contact numbers

Given the above do not forget to report:

1. Reservation number

2. Passenger Name  you want to associate the contact

3. Contact Name (Name)

4. Contacts (in order of preference):

  • Phone
  • E-mail
  • Full postal address

Additionally you can specify the type of relationship with the passenger, father, aunt, brother, friend ... or other information considered relevant.
